The answers to your burning questions...
Q: Where is the studio located?
The studio space is by appointment only, currently at Suite G Studio in Biddeford, Maine.
Q: What is your availability?
Thankfully these sessions can take place any time of day as we don't need to work around sunlight. Weekdays and every other weekend are available. As I rent studio time, I ask that you tell me general day/times that work for you, and I'll be in touch with some options!
Q: What if my dog can't sit still?
I want your dog to enjoy their experience with me, which means we pull out all their favorite treats, PB, and toys! My approach is very doggie centered with a reward based system. I don't necessarily need your dog to sit still forever, we can have much needed breaks in between shots, and your dog is welcome to walk around, lay down, and play. Patience is key and I'm confident we will still get great portrait of your pup!
Q: How many dogs can I bring?
Up to two dogs are included at no extra charge, there is a $50 fee per additional dog which includes a longer session time!
Q: My dog has anxiety, is nervous, slow to warm up, etc.....would it be a good fit?
That's perfectly fine! With a fear-free approach, we will let your dog decompress and check out the space before we start. We will get them acclimated to the lights and backdrop patiently. Please let me know if this is the case, and I'm happy to extend the session time!
Q: Do you have color backdrops?
These studio sessions currently only offer a black backdrop.
Q: Is there an ordering appointment involved?
With a no pressure approach, I offer online galleries to view and order your products right from the comfort of your home. But, if you're someone who would rather do this in-person to touch and see different products, this can be arranged!
Q: What can I use my $200 credit on?
Your $200 artwork credit is good for any physical artwork product or collection, but can not be used on digital image bundles. Any artwork that is purchased will come with a social media sized digital image!
Q: Is there a minimum order?
Yes, there is a $500 minimum order. Technically, you can add at least $700 worth of goodies to your cart!
Q: Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Professional photography of your dog is an investment, which is why I'm happy to offer payment plans on all orders (can not be applied to the session fee). In-house customized payment plans and Afterpay are available. Please note, no products or digital images are delivered until balance is fully paid.
